Typical foods of Sudan

The typical dishes in Sudan are the falafel (ground chickpeas with parsley, yeast, salt and pepper). Be made into a paste, then shaped and fried tortilla). Other typical dishes include lamb, stuffed peppers with minced meat and rice, red lentils (which are pap, check them stale bread, salt and cumin), camel meat and ostrich eggs. Cymbals and Tom Toms, which are invented in China, were added to drum kits. Percussion such as cowbells, wooden blocks, and chimes were incorporated as well. By the 1930's the standard drum kit has have more things . The Kit consist of a bass drum and foot pedal, snare, tom toms, hi-hat cymbal, and large hanging cymbals.
