Typical foods of Sudan
The typical dishes in Sudan are the falafel (ground chickpeas with parsley, yeast, salt and pepper). Be made into a paste, then shaped and fried tortilla). Other typical dishes include lamb, stuffed peppers with minced meat and rice, red lentils (which are pap, check them stale bread, salt and cumin), camel meat and ostrich eggs.
